New Short Films Written by Tez

So you may be asking where we are with our European Discipleship films I talked about writing last year?

Believe it or not, I didn’t just make up the stuff about shooting discipleship films--we’ve been told lying doesn’t look good for the ministry. J

So the film team downstairs is closing in on the end of the post-production process and we’re hoping to roll out the final video series at the end of November. 

By the time they’re ready, we’ll have over 40 videos (half in French, half in English) with what amounts to short roundtable discussions/instruction. Each of them will help people better understand how to grow in their Christian faith, with topics like “Walking in the Power of the Holy Spirit” and “Sharing Your Faith with Others.” 

There’s a lot of potential in these videos to help new believers grow, so we ask for your prayers.

Meet the Team

This is the majority of our team with a few people missing. It was just a spur of the moment photo they took to send to me one day. I love these guys. You would too if you met them, learned their heart for God and how talented they are. They have such servant's hearts. I couldn't work with better folks.

Meet Our Team

Jessica is the Administrative Assistant for Tez. She pretty much holds the office together when he's away and serves as one of the core team members who help make decisions about the direction of our team. She's been with us just a little over a year and has been a believer for 3 1/2 years. Her talents and skills help Tez stay on top of things and much of his competency can be tracked back to Jess. He can't run the office without her. We love Jess!

Jess has been married to her husband Adam since April 17, 2010. They have FIVE cats, Nike, Minx, Rocket, Boo Boo and Cleo.

Tez's Testimony

Recently when Tez and Christine were in California for team meetings he was encouraged to share his story of sexual abuse and redemption. Afterwards, some of his co-laborers from Jesus Film Project gathered around to pray for him and his ministry. It was a sweet and sacred time for Tez.

We often have our personal supporters come through Orlando on vacation or business and they stop by Cru headquarters to take the Jesus Film tour and see us.

The powerful 40-minute Jesus Film Tour is visited by thousands each year. God has used it as a tool for calling many people into full-time ministry.

Tours happen 3 times a day Mon-Fri. You might just get a chance to dub your own voice into the film and take home the copy.

With all the accelerated technology breakthroughs, never before have Christ-followers been so close to fulfilling the Great Commission. It’s exciting to review all Lord did through you and others this year. It’s even more thrilling to dream of how you’re making a difference beyond your lifetime, by altering eternity.

With the Lord’s help, we believe you and thousands of others can offer everyone on the planet a life-changing encounter with the Creator. We’re trusting our Lord to continue providing individuals like you, so together we can reach the remaining language groups.  

Jesus Film missionary, Gerry Buchholz says, “This is a goal that’s at the very center of God’s heart—it’s always been His will for heaven and who will be there.”

How does she know this? According to Revelation 7:9, John writes of his multi-ethnic, multi-language vision of heaven. “After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb” (New International Version).

With the Lord’s help, all of us together can accomplish this monumental mission—creating the next generation of multiplying disciples. But we need kingdom partnerships that are both deep and wide.  

Partners (that’s you) have been and continue to be a vital part of making this a reality. Prayerfully, as the Holy Spirit guides us and God provides funding through His people, new film translations will help saturate the world with the message of Jesus. This in turn, results in new Christians and new church plants, so the cycle continues of winning, building, and sending out multiplying disciples.

We’re not in this alone, we can’t be. Whether you give, go or pray, you are vital to this mission. Around the world, denominations, parachurch organizations and individuals like you are joining hands with us. We’re a team with one vision: to reach every tribe and touchscreen until everyone, everywhere has a chance to see JESUS.

Let’s not stop until it’s done!
